Information we collect

We collect the account, project, quotation, milestone, payment, and communication information required to operate the Glide platform for design studios, commercial teams, factory partners, and customers.

How we use information

Your data is used to create accounts, process enquiries, coordinate quotations, route production activity, track milestone decisions, collect payments, and keep both admin and customer portals functional and accurate.

Payment and transaction records

When a project uses milestone-based payments, Glide stores the payment stage, amount, timestamp, transaction references, and admin-configured payment metadata needed for reporting and reconciliation.

Sharing and access

Information is shared only with the relevant parties in the project workflow, such as the customer, Glide admins, and assigned execution partners. Internal-only notes and protected admin fields remain restricted by role.

Security and retention

We take reasonable measures to protect stored data and retain records for operational history, customer support, payment reporting, and legal or audit obligations where applicable.
